The deal would lead to the virtual disappearance of one of the most famous keno companies in the world and will promise to change the keno world as we know it forever. Executives close to the negotiations said the deal between Keno Communication Partners and Keno Corporation Worldwide would most probably be sealed by midnight Wednesday night.

Keno Corporation Worldwide's board approved the deal while Keno Communications Partners executives met far into the night trying to reach an agreement. In buying Keno Corporation Worldwide, Keno Communications Partners will promise to be the largest keno group in the world and will take over 50% of the state run keno games in the world. The deal has come as a large shock to the keno world, and many are only screaming "monopoly." People fear that the Keno Communications Partners will unjustly control the majority of the keno world and will slowly oust the smaller keno groups out of the picture. The Keno Communications Partners however say that they have no desire to expand further and that people's fears are unjustified. The keno world can only sit, wait, and see.
